Joe’s entire career has involved Senior Human Resources roles in employment and employee relations activities, across several industries including high tech manufacturing, telecommunications and healthcare, in both union and non-union settings. He excels in guiding and coaching clients in developing career path and transition strategies, utilizing the full networking capabilities of the Schegg team.
He draws on more than 30 years of management expertise, human resources knowledge, staffing and performance coaching to help our clients become more self-aware and increase personal effectiveness. He understands the challenges that individuals face in transition and he helps them develop practical, no nonsense strategies while providing encouragement and personal attention. Joe invests the time to get to know clients on a personal level, and to evaluate their skills, accomplishments and management style. Human Resources has always been the “Helping Profession” through good times and bad. Joe is committed to do better than the rest at this higher purpose, helping clients with a sense of compassion and purpose.
He is a graduate of Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut and a member of Southern Connecticut SHRM as well as the Human Resource Association of Greater New Haven.
